Conservative Management of Post Prostatectomy UI – a consensus document.

Although research on the treatment of post prostatectomy UI is being done, we still have many unanswered questions. A group of experts (11) was convened to discuss issues of treatment. The process is fully outlined in the “summary” document. Most of the information in these documents is expert opinion (possibly the opinion of one person, although the group was asked to review the document and give comment). Full answers to survey questions are provided so the reader can review and come to their own conclusion. As with many aspects of PT, this treatment must be individualized and there are probably several ways to arrive at the same result. The May conference call was recorded. The distance journal club for January 6, 2016 will be lead by Dan Kirages one of the active members of this group. He will discuss the results of our work and the Cochrane review (to be emailed later) on the subject. Join us, ask questions, add information.
