Men’s Health Week: 12-18 June

Complete Physiotherapy was delighted to join other organisations in promoting Men’s Health Week, with our specialist Men’s Health Physiotherapist Jo Milios running a free yoga and Q&A session at The Yoga Vine.

The theme of the morning was “Healthy Mind, Healthy Body- Keeping the Balance”.

Men’s Health Week aims  to help men and boys manage a healthy body both, physically, mentally and emotionally, in a busy and sometimes challenging world.

Jo Milios, a leading men’s health expert, has more than 20 years clinical experience and specialises in physical conditions unique to men. She works in tandem with Urologists, Sexual Health Physicians, Exercise Physiologists and Psychologists with an aim to restore better male health.

Participants enjoyed a healthy breakfast compliments of our friends at Panache Cafe!
